2001 Ford Focus 1.8 Bi-Fuel - Work Required

This Focus requires some work on it but given the low miles and spec will be worth someone's time to invest ad re-sell. I unfortunately do not have the skill or time to do this myself. I brought the car end of last year and have since replaced the Speed Sensor, Fuel Filter, rear Wheel Bearing and Coil Pack (and leads and plugs). The work was done by a mate whose a mechanic but I do have the receipts for the parts if required. Despite the above work, the car still has an issue with one of the cylinders not firing correctly. Consequently, when in neutral the car seems to vibrate, doesn't have full power and is a bit thirsty with the fuel. It can also take a few attempts to get going - I therefore assume there is a fuel starvation issue. Given the fact the Coil Pack has been replaced its likely therefore it could be an issue with the fuel injector itself going into this problematic cylinder. It may just require a clean but this is little beyond my basic car knowledge. For some reason the engine also drinks oil. I don't believe its leaking as I would be able to see it everywhere I parked so am unsure where its going, but it averages a little a week now. The LPG does not currently work. I brought it knowing it was not working with the intention of fixing but never got round it -- if you can get it fixed then you will be quid's in as its very economical. Slight dent on the central bottom right side door and some scuff marks on the front left of the car. As a result of the oil issue (and resulting ticking noise in engine) the MOT could not be performed so that has now expired. Tax expires end of this month so it will need to be towed away. Despite all the above, I believe someone whose knowledgeable about Fords will be able to get this car back into good running order for not that much outlay. With the low miles (for its age) it should still therefore be able to make someone a good profit/provide a tidy run about - hence why the price it what it is. I have been very open and honest about the car but if you require any further info just drop me an email.
